- Callie wears Apple Pie from Lupine’s MicroBatch collection because she loves to help with the baking. Especially sampling the final product.
- What is your pet’s love language?
- Callie adores words of affirmation – she’s a bit of a diva. She feels especially glamorous when we pair her collar with a matching bandana.
- How does your pet like to relax?
- She doesn’t relax! She is constantly on the go: hiking, kayaking, swimming, playing with friends at her weekly agility class
- In what way is your pet most like you?
- We both have the same favorite food, salmon!
- What is the best trick your pet knows?
- Licking my nose at 3am to let me know it’s time to go outside. Maybe she doesn’t want me to miss the sunrise?
Callie’s Mom Says;
We chose Callie because we needed a dog small enough to travel with. What we got was a bundle of personality bigger than the planes we wanted to fly on.
In the airport terminal, Callie is popular with TSA agents and small children alike. We have to take off our shoes; but thankfully, Callie can keep her Lupine harness on. “Can we pet your teddy bear?” Always.
Despite being small in stature, Callie is highly capable. She learns quickly and is always eager to please, which means we can take her with us almost everywhere we go. She has even been to the summit of Mt. Washington (Hello? Ragged Mountain Dog Jacket. It was cold up there!).
This brave girl is not just our constant companion, she’s a testament to the fact that big things come in small packages.
