How do I choose a width?
What size harness should my dog wear?
XS & Small Dogs - Girth lengths 9"-20" by 1/2" wide - Best for dogs under 20 lbs.
Medium Dogs - Girth lengths 12"-30" by 3/4" wide
Large & XL Dogs - Girth lengths 19"-38" by 1" wide
The most accurate way to choose the correct size range is to measure your dog - but don't worry, it's easy!
A fabric dressmaker’s tape measure is easiest and most accurate. Or, a piece of string cn also be used and then measured.
Measure the dog’s girth (around the ribcage at the widest point) comfortably snug against the fur while the dog is standing.
Take the actual measurement and add 5% to determine the best size range.
Example: Actual measurement is 20” + 5% = 21”
