About Our guarantee

GUARANTEED (Even if Chewed) means we will replace any LupinePet (opens in new tab) brand dog collars, leashes or pet gear, from your original purchase, that has been accidentally damaged during normal pet-related activities, even chewing accidents! Our guarantee does not mean unlimited replacements for the life of your pet. Coverage applies to eligible products damaged during normal pet use and is subject to our replacement guidelines.

Some common questions about what our Even if Chewed Guarantee covers:

  • Covers damage from normal pet use
  • Covers chewing
  • Applies to eligible standard products
  • Replacement-based (not refund-based)

Our guarantee does not cover:

  • Lost or outgrown items
  • Items exhibiting normal wear and tear, including fading but functional
  • Simply dirty or stinky
  • Damaged intentionally, or by repeated activity and therefore not accidental
  • Items that were donated, sponsored, or given as a free promotion
  • Special order and custom made items, including those with custom embroidery.
  • Replacement items provided under this guarantee. Our guarantee does not offer unlimited replacements.

We reserve the right to limit the number of free replacements when we determine there is excessive use or abuse of our guarantee.

How To Request a Replacement In the USA & Canada

To submit a request for replacement, please follow the link below, carefully read the terms and conditions and continue on to log-in. If you do not have an account, you can easily set one up during this process.

Please pay special attention to instructions as we are unable to process requests that are submitted incorrectly or are incomplete, this includes photographs that do not meet the requirements.  

Keep your item(s) until you have received confirmation that your submission has been approved. We will reach out if we need additional photos or questions, item must be present for replacement. You are welcome to add more than one damaged item to a single request, however, each item must be added separately.

For Canada, approved items will be sent at no charge and shipping will be charged at cost. Cost is determined by the carrier you choose, based on your package weight and postal code at the time of checkout.

If you do not receive a confirmation email from us, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If you have trouble submitting a request, please be sure that you are using an up-to-date browser and you have cleared your browsing history before a second attempt.
