How do I choose a width?
What size martingale collar should my dog wear?
Medium Dogs - Collar circumference 10"-20" by 3/4" wide
Large Dogs - Collar circumference 15"-27" by 1" wide
For accuracy, measure the dog's neck and head comfortably snug against the fur.
Both measurements are essential to ensure the collar will slide easily over the head and can
then be adjusted to a comfortable fit around the neck.
Take the actual measurements and add 5% to each to determine the best size range. Both measurements must fall within the selected size range.
Example: Actual measurement is 20" + 5% = 21"
