We’re happy to exchange or return any brand new, un-used items with the original tags still intact, that was ordered from LupinePet.com. Returns and exchanges of brand new items are accepted within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Very Important To Note: For the safety of every pet, if the item has been used, even just for a short time, it is no longer eligible for exchange or return. If our returns department deems the items have been used, for any period of time, the product will be returned to you. Please consider donating these items to your local shelter or rescue.

Returns
We accept returns of eligible items purchased directly from our website within 60 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be brand new, unused, and in original condition
- Original tags must still be attached
- Items must be free from pet hair, odors, dirt, damage, or any signs of wear
For the safety of pets and customers, used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Embroidered products
- Custom ID tags
- Special order items
Custom items are also excluded from the LupinePet “Even if Chewed” Guarantee.
Exchanges
Eligible new and unused items may be exchanged within 60 days of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For customers within the United States, the first exchange may qualify for free USPS standard shipping using the exchange code provided with your return instructions.
To speed up the exchange process, customers may place a new order immediately and request a refund or store credit for the returned merchandise once received and inspected.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless you request store credit. Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
- Returns received after 60 days cannot be processed
Store Credit
Customers may choose store credit instead of a refund.
Damaged or Chewed Products
Products damaged during normal pet-related use, including chewing, may qualify for replacement under the LupinePet “Even if Chewed” Guarantee.
Please do not send damaged items with a standard return or exchange request, as they are no longer considered new condition merchandise and will void return eligibility for all products in the shared package.
