The printed preview on the website was bright and clear. It’s impossible to read the name and phone number embroidered on the collar. They should be ashamed of shipping this type of quality at their prices. A complete waste of money, and no refunds or returns for personalized items. Buyers beware

Very satisfied with product quality. Was the only company that had Crayola purple in a basic nylon buckle that could be personalized. Used for my goats who have color codes colors on the tell them apart! The choices of thread color was a bonus!!!!!

The collars are of great quality and sturdiness and priced well. I love that they are adjustable too.

The only collars I buy. Durable they last forever. The only reason I had to get a new one was because my dog caught a skunk and even after multiple washings it still smelled. Thank you for a wonderful product.

As with all I’ve gotten from Lupine everything was absolutely perfect.

I would use the 3/4 inch size if the D ring were larger for leash use. But I have to use the 1 inch size just because of the D ring size. The collar doesn't tuck around as nicely with a fluffy coat. It tend to mat his double coat at times. However, I like the embroidery over using a tag.

This collar is super comfortable and fits great around the neck. Solid material and is very stylish. It even feels great when sleeping in it. I think it will make a great fursuit accessory!

I have used these collars on my dogs over the years. They hold up well. I use them for their id tags as they are not heavy of have any rough spots at the join area like other collars. My current rescue, Bentley, a Shih Tzu has one of each color (except pink?) I change them out after each grooming. They also wash well (hang to dry)

The collars are amazing, the last one ( out of six or so) is so ratty and plastic fibers are poking out, but it just won't break , hence new collar order. But, dang, that little girl could chew a leash. She's getting pretty old now, so hopefully that's over .

Our 10 year old golden retriever passed away this past August. He only had one collar his entire life (literally one, it was a little big when he was 12 weeks old but he quickly grew into it), it was a green Lupine basics solid. We also have the matching leash…. We will be getting a puppy in a few months and look forward to picking out his Lupine collar/leash.

What I am about to say shocked me to my core the other day. I have been using Lupine collars for SIXTEEN YEARS. I purchased my first lupine with my first black lab. He passed eight years ago (the collar lasted the duration of our time together) and THAT collar (one of their fancy patterned varieties) has been hanging in my vehicle being abused by the sun for the eight years it took me to buy another lab. The color is still in remarkable condition.

I have two miniature pinschers that are outfitted with the Eco collars, they are a bit stiffer but are seven years old this year and still look brand new. (Full disclosure my min pins go nowhere and only use the collars on an as-needed basis, but these things have been sitting in a musty dusty basement and are the only things I would even venture to call clean).

So, in comes ONYX ???? and he is now on his third lupine collar because no one told me my lab puppy would be 9 weeks old and 18 pounds. So there's that. Anyway, for this guy we bought the basics, because why not try the whole line?, And they are SUPER soft. I have not yet had to use any single collar for more than a week because he is growing like a weed, but I love the company and they are local to me (I am a New Hampshire-ite and make my annual trip to N. Conway).

I haven't yet had to replace a collar, because apparently I don't get those types of dogs that chew through their gear? Which means he probably will next week so I'll re-review the process then. In the meantime, I recommend buying one.

My only complaint - shipping feels slow and they don't offer navy.

After my puppy chewed 2 collars off my older pup, we bought the Lupine. It's been over 2 years of wrestling, chewing, and yanking by a Dobie pup, and this collar has held up! No breaks! Yes it's a bit worn looking, but it hasn't ripped at all! Referred a friend for the same reason and she's super happy too! Thanks Lupine!

I have chocolate lab and typical mouthy pup behavior led to chewing through a leads and harnesses a few times. My items were replaced so simply and so quickly that I was just so pleasantly impressed. I bought not just a few but several different colors each the entire set including collars, harnesses and leads for each and my 105lb boy full grown has now had them for 10.5 years and they are still in great shape so I highly recommend to everyone I know and enough to actually write a review which I have never done on any product before. Thank you Lupine. Very dependable company.

The first collar was out grown and the second one is 5 years old and still looks almost new. Buying the third one for our new dog. I couldn't wait for him to get big enough for the full size collar.
The first collar was chewed and they replaced it quick with no hassle.

We've had 3 sets of collars and leashes for almost 8 years. The puppy stage leash was replaced several times due to chewing. We never had any issue with returns or replacements and now our 2 adult collars and leashes have lasted. We're ready to replace them because they're a little faded and worn down with normal use but for a collar and leash to last almost 8 years on 100+lb dogs is amazing!!

I've had this collar for probably a little over a month and it is shedding and falling apart already! Will not purchase this brand again. Tried to honor their guarantee and you have to fill out form, take picture, wait for approval, etc... to much of a hassle

Purchased this for my fur baby and loved the collar on his black coat however it faded very quickly. The color on the collar lasted less than 4 months. However the durability of the collar has surpassed previous collars.

These collars and leashes are great! My dog chewed his leash a lot as a puppy and we got a free one every time. They look great and are very good quality.

My Aussie will be ten April 15th this month. This is all he has ever worn. When he was a puppy he chewed two leashes through and this was my roommate’s fault for leaving him in his van and he was bored twice. The vet office let me have replacements both times. I love the collars and the leashes. I have the green fish for my fur baby. He has worn it for years. Love the guaratee to. Thank you for making such a quality product.
